What Is Strikeforce’s Pricing Policy?
We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our catalogue and online store. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available through our catalogue. Special product mark downs or promotions that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online unless otherwise stated.
The Australian GST?
All prices in the online store include GST. GST is payable on all goods delivered after 30th June 2000.
For Overseas Customers (Including New Zealand)
All prices are in Australian dollars. For further information regarding overseas orders, please refer to Postage & Delivery.
Do You Convert My Total Into Other Currencies?
No. We will bill your credit card in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you.

To make a RETURN or EXCHANGE first you must email us on info@sfintl.com.au and obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA number).
You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require a return or exchange. If an exchange is required you must notify us of the specifics of the exchange.
All deliveries come with an online store returns form. This also must be completed and sent back with the return/exchange.
Refunds
For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and your online store returns form. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit for future purchases.
Exchanges
There are now 2 options available.
1. There is a $15.00 return fee for all exchanges, therefore if you would like to exchange either size, style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $15.00 for Australia (cheque/money order or credit card details) or $25.00 for New Zealand (credit card only) for re delivery.
2. You are welcome to exchange or return your order in person at our Strikeforce retail store, provided you have the original receipt and credit card used for the purchase.
The returns and exchange conditions as stated above also apply to our store. Please do not re-use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any pre paid satchels, envelopes or stamps for redelivery purpose.
Refunding Cheques?
All refunds can be held in credit for future purchases if requested. On occasion we may owe you an amount which is $5.00 or less in total. Our policy is to hold this amount and to deduct it from your next order. You may request a refund cheque for the amount owing at any time by calling customer service on 02 8065 5521.

We deliver by courier service so a signature is required. Therefore, we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office or for regional deliveries re-directions will be made to the nearest TNT depot. Collection or re-delivery from a depot can be arranged; however parcels must be collected from the post office. We deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery within Australia.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel a 'card to call' will be left at the delivery address. This card outlines what the receiver needs to do to arrange re-delivery. If the second delivery is unsuccessful, the receiver will need to arrange to pick it up from the nearest local depot. Any items not collected within seven days may be returned to the sender. Sorry no C.O.Ds. For orders to New Zealand we allow 7-10 working days.

Our parcels are dispatched via a combination of Air Mail and normal surface mail. Final delivery is completed by a courier so a signature is required. Therefore, we recommend a work address (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details). If no one is available to sign for the parcel it will be re-directed to the nearest post office. For international deliveries, we DO NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes. For orders outside of Australia we allow up to 20 working days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 20 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
